Ingredients to make Chole Roll
Chickpeas – 1 cup
Bread slices – 8
Flour – 1.5 tbsp
Onion chopped – 1
Green chili chopped – 1
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Dry mango – 12 tsp
Oil – for frying
salt – as per taste

How to make Chole Roll
To make Chole roll, first clean chickpeas and soak them in water for 7-8 hours. Before making Chole roll, take out the chickpeas from the water and wash them again with clean water two to three times. After this, put chickpeas in a pressure cooker. Mix two glasses of water and a little salt in the cooker, cover it and keep the gram to cook. After one whistle, open the lid of the cooker and keep the gram to boil for 15-20 minutes.
When the gram is boiled and cooked completely, turn off the gas and take out the gram from the cooker in a utensil and keep it to cool down. When the chickpeas cool down, mash them well and put them in a big mixing bowl. Add finely chopped onions, green chillies and green coriander to it. Then add dried mango powder, chaat masala, black pepper powder, garam masala and salt as per taste. Stuffing for rolls is ready.

Now put refined flour in a bowl, add some water to it and prepare a thick batter. Flour batter will be used to stick the roll. Now take a bread slice and cut all four sides of it. After this, roll the bread with a rolling pin. After this, take a bread slice and fill it with prepared stuffing, apply flour on all four corners and roll it.
