The owner of the shop, Ghanshyam ji told in a conversation with Local18 Jharkhand that he has been making parathas here for the last 11 years and 7 types of parathas are made in his shop.
He told that Sattu Paratha, Aloo Paratha, Onion Paratha, Dal Paratha, Cabbage Paratha, Paneer Paratha and Methi Paratha are sold in his shop. The price of all parathas here is Rs.15 per piece. The price of Paneer Paratha only is Rs.30 per piece. Apart from this, the cost of plain roti is 5 rupees. At the same time, potato parathas are in the most demand at their shop.
Seller Ghanshyam told that 20 kg of flour is consumed daily at his shop. To make special roti, stuffing is first prepared with spices. Then it is filled in dough and rolled out. Then it is baked on a griddle and served hot with vegetables and pickles to the customer.
Ghanshyam ji told that his preparation for special paratha starts from 7:00 am itself. They have to buy different vegetables and bring them from the market. Potatoes have to be prepared by boiling. The dough has to be rolled out so that rotis can be prepared as soon as the customer orders. Ghanshyam ji told that his shop remains open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. Divyanshu, a customer who came to eat paratha at the shop, told that the taste of paratha here is very good. There is also a lot of cleanliness at their shop.
