The world is crazy about Joshi family’s special ice cream, tourists come from abroad to taste it

Such an ice cream is made here, which is in demand throughout the year. But, its demand increases a lot during summer. We are talking about Bikaner’s special tutti frutti. This is also called Gabagab. Which is available only in Joshi Ice Cream located at Natthusar Gate, Bikaner. People come from every corner of the country to taste the taste of this ice cream. The same foreign tourists also come to taste this special ice cream.

Ram Joshi, the third generation of the Joshi family, told that this ice cream is available only at our place in Bikaner. It’s been over 40 years in the making of this ice cream. 800 to 900 people come daily to eat this ice cream. This ice cream is sold for Rs.90. There is a lot of crowd in this shop from noon to night.

This ice cream is served in a glass
Ram Joshi said, ‘Now the fourth generation including my grandfather, uncle, father, uncle, my elder brother is engaged in this work. His grandfather started preparing ice cream, then slowly working hard, started making ice cream himself. Joshi told that special tutti frutti ice cream is a glass full of different types of dry fruits, fruits and ice cream. Our special items are also put in it. Along with this, butter scotch and saffron pistachio ice cream are also added. Due to which its taste is doubled. Cashews, almonds, pistachios, raisins and cream are added to dry fruits. Along with this, pieces of banana, pomegranate, apple are also added.

Family members learned from Mumbai
Ram Joshi told that his family’s uncle and uncle had gone to Mumbai for some work. If I felt like eating ice cream there, I went to a place and ate ice cream. He liked the taste of ice cream, so he asked the shop owner for the recipe of ice cream. After that he started this recipe here and prepared some of his special items in it and started putting them in ice cream. Due to which people now started liking ice cream. Gradually this ice cream became famous all over Bikaner, then it became famous all over the world.
