Regarding preparing momos, Shalini tells that first of all you have to take rice flour and put it in hot water and knead it well. After this, you have to mix all the vegetables inside it, mash them and put them inside the dough and make them in the shape of momos. Apart from this, if you want, you can also add khoya or dal fry inside it. He further said that every person has different preferences. Some like khova and some like dal momos. So you can put whatever you want inside it. The test is going to be amazing. Its specialty is that if you eat just two pieces, your stomach will be filled. Two pieces are enough food for one meal.
Served with vegetables and chutney
At the same time, we serve it with a vegetable and a chutney. The vegetable contains gram and potato curry and the chutney also contains coriander leaves chutney and a peanut chutney. Although if you eat it only with vegetables, it will still taste very tasty. Gram and potato curry is also cooked on coal flame.
