Virabhadrasana Yoga

Bhujangasana Yoga

In Bhujangasana yoga posture, the body has to be stretched properly and the posture makes the body like a cobra. In this, one has to lie down on the stomach and while keeping the legs together, take deep breaths and raise the upper part of the body. This yoga posture has a direct effect on the stomach and gradually improves the efficiency of the heart.

Paschimottanasana Yoga

This is a relaxing yoga pose. In this seated yoga posture, one has to spread the legs forward and bend forward while bringing the head close to the feet. The purpose of the asana is to bring the head down from the heart. It erects the spine and also improves the heart rate.
