Actually, Devnarayan, who runs his cart in the name of Balaji Fast Food, is very famous for the delicious chilli paneer.

Devnarayan explains that he uses raw spices to make Paneer Chilli. Along with this, to make dry paneer chilli, they dry the gravy in a pan. Due to this the taste of cheese increases manifold. After this they use soy sauce with ginger, garlic etc. If Devnarayan is to be believed, he uses only branded cheese and sauces. Devnarayan explains that due to the good quality of the raw product, there is a lot of difference in taste. Let us tell you that while the price of Paneer Chilli with gravy is Rs 110 per plate, dry Paneer Chilli is sold at Rs 130 per plate.

Devnarayan, who has been making people taste the best Paneer Chilli for 15 years, says that as the sales gradually increased, he first hired a staff at his cart. Later, due to increase in demand for fast food, more staff were hired. Let us tell you that their stall is set up at Kiptana City Chowk from 10 am to 11 pm. Apart from him, now four staff work at his shop. The situation is such that more than Rs 10,000 worth of fast food is sold every day.
