This country is afraid of G3S gang, elderly people above 70 years of age commit crimes

In India, if a person reaches 70 years of age, he falls sick and becomes bedridden. In most houses, someone or the other lives to take care of the elderly of this age. They are not left alone because they cannot do their own work at this age. But there is a country in the world which is troubled by a gang of elderly people of this age, G3S. Most of the members of this gang are 70 years or more. Let us now tell you about this gang in detail.

What is G3S Gang

This gang of elderly people is from Japan, where people live longer than the rest of the world. There are three members in this gang. Hideo Umino (88 years), Hidemi Matsuda (70 years) and Kenichi Watanabe (69 years). These three elderly people have done such deeds that today the whole of Japan is afraid of them. However, now all three elderly people have been caught by the Japanese police. The police is interrogating them and making a list of all the crimes committed by them.

Smart criminals

It is said that nine members of the G3S gang met each other in jail. They formed their gang while in jail and then after coming out, they started committing crimes together. Recently, they broke into a house in Sapporo, the capital of the Japanese island of Hokkaido, and committed a theft. From this house, they stole 200 yen and 3 bottles of whiskey worth about 10 thousand yen. Apart from this, they had committed a theft in another house in June. From here, they stole jewelry worth 10 lakh yen.

How the police caught them

The police were receiving many complaints related to thefts. But there was no clue as to who was doing them. Then one day, the neighbor of the house where the theft took place, called the police station and expressed suspicion on some elderly people. After a few days of investigation, the police arrested these three elderly people with evidence.

Crimes committed by the elderly have increased

While talking to the media, the Japanese police said that in the past few years, cases of crimes committed by the elderly have increased. In the year 1989, the rate of crimes committed by people above 65 years of age was 2.1 percent. By the year 2019, it has increased to 22 percent.
