There are three golgappa stalls here. Very tasty Golgappa is prepared at all three stalls. There is a huge crowd of people waiting to eat it.
Water is prepared from home spices
Shopkeeper Sonu Kumar told that 6 flavors of Golgappa are available here. I prepare all the spices from home. I add 6 types of water in it including garlic water, mint water, coriander water. At home, I prepare masala by mixing many ingredients including cumin, celery, coriander, black salt, jaljeera powder. Due to which Golgappa tastes good, all the ingredients and spices used in it are prepared at home. This is why it tastes so good.
You will get two types of Golgappa
Shopkeeper Sonu Kumar told that two types of Golgappa are served here. A Golgappa is prepared on curd and home made masala. Whereas the second one is prepared from 6 types of water. But the taste of both seems very special. This is the reason why people come here from far and wide to eat Golgappa.

Shopkeeper Sonu Kumar told that two types of Golgappa are available here. One with water and the other with curd. You will get three water golgappas for ₹10. Whereas golgappa with curd will be available to eat at 6 out of 20.
