Method of making Ayurvedic Tea

First of all, boil water in a pot, then prepare the masala by roughly grinding all the ingredients mentioned above. After boiling the water, take the pot down and add the ground spices and immediately cover it. And let it boil for a while. After that, filter it and pour it into the cup.

Milk is not added to Ayurvedic tea. To sweeten the tea, you can add appropriate amount of sugar and jaggery while boiling it.
