In the initial phase, whenever the rainy season used to come, I used to set up a Kachori stall. 8 people liked the taste of Kachori so much that now I make Kachori for 12 months whether it is summer or winter. In the initial phase, the price of Kachori was 50 paise and gradually the price changed with the changing times, but one thing did not change and that was the taste of my Kachori.

He said, ‘The specialty of the kachori available here is that it is spicy in taste, which is not found anywhere in Rajasthan, not only in Bhilwara. Along with this, the weight of Kachori is also somewhat more than that of ordinary Kachori. Because more spices are filled in it. Not only this, one specialty of this Kachori is that this Kachori does not spoil for about 10 days. From here our customers take Kachoris to Australia, Paris and Mumbai. Along with this, the customers coming from far off places take the Kachori’s masala after cooling it. We make kachoris till 12 o’clock only. In which the customers eat 1200 to 1500 kachoris.
