While talking to the team of Local 18, the staff of this cafe, Nikki, who is a wheel chair person, told that when Alina Alam was in her college in 2016, she had watched a documentary made on farmers committing suicide in Vidarbha (Maharashtra) in her college. Alina was brought up by her grandmother, who was a disabled woman. But despite that, Alina’s grandmother took great care of her. From this he knew what the capabilities of disabled people are. In this way, she decided that after college, she would not start a job but start an NGO and do something for the disabled people. Nikki, the staff of Mitti Cafe located in the Supreme Court, told that 8 people work in her cafe, some are blind, some are handicapped, some cannot speak and some cannot walk, but still they are standing on their feet with their courage and Doing a job. Where they get a salary of Rs 12000 to Rs 18000 every month. Nikki told that 40 of her cafes have opened across India. Where only disabled people work. Along with this, Nikki told that whatever problem a person has, he is given a similar job here.

Gave training to 2700 disabled people
Physically weak people have got employment through his café. Whom no one wanted to employ. Alina Alam mostly hires people who are begging on the streets or are homeless. She also gives them training. Till now 2700 people have been given training from his cafe. Some of them are also doing other work including imparting training at other places.
