Farmer Vijay Kumar of Sunheda village of Baghpat is preparing delicious jaggery from desi ghee and dry fruits. Farmers first grow sugarcane in their fields in an organic manner and after harvesting the sugarcane, they prepare the jaggery on the sugarcane. The farmer has also prepared Kalesar in his own field.

With the help of labourers, sugarcane is first watered in a sugarcane. Later delicious jaggery is prepared from it. This jaggery is prepared by adding pure desi ghee, sesame seeds and cardamom. It competes with the best sweets in terms of taste and is also full of medicinal properties. With its use, the body’s immunity increases and it does not cause any harm to the body.

The farmer prepares this jaggery at his own place and earns good profit by selling it in the Delhi market. From this he is earning lakhs of rupees annually. The farmer told that he has started making this jaggery to improve the health of the people, because the farmer says that when any person has to go to the doctor, the first thing the doctor advises is not to eat sweets. Is. In such a situation, he has started making jaggery in an organic way which is 100% pure and its taste competes with the best sweets. The farmer sells jaggery from his own farm. He takes it to Delhi market and sells it and also ships it to the homes of buyers on orders.
