He sells 80 to 100 glasses of lassi every day.

Regarding the recipe of making Kesar Lassi, the seller Gopal said that first of all fresh milk is heated and curd is set in a clay pot. Then the curd is taken out and whisked well to prepare the lassi. Then coconut powder, rose water, cashews and raisins are mixed in a clay glass. Then Ruafza and saffron are added on top and it is served after decorating it well. His stall is open for customers daily from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, so that customers can enjoy cold and fresh lassi here.
