Talking to Local-18, Damodar, a resident of Andhra, tells that his father used to do duty in the railway here. Had come to Bihar 5 years back for a tour. Only then saw the demand for South Diseases at a shop, then we started it. Although in the initial phase it took some time to explain South food to the people here. But then the shop started functioning and today lakhs of rupees are earned from Andhra South Indian dishes.

Damodar told that special spices and all raw ingredients are sourced from Andhra to prepare Idli and Dosa. Then pure idli and dosa of the south are made. The same taste of South is here also in Dosa and Idli. No difference is there. Customers are also getting a lot of love in Bihar’s Kishanganj.
