24 years alive on coconut water
Shenaz writes in her post that you cannot even imagine that this person eats only coconut as food and is alive by drinking coconut water, I was shocked when I heard this. I also asked him that he does not eat protein? Its effect does not fill. On this he says that my health has never been good in my life for so many years. Always bad for one reason or the other. So I took this decision. In one of Balakrishnan’s videos, he begins by saying, ‘He has eaten nothing but coconut for the last 24 years."
Shahnaz has shared a video. In which Balakrishnan is telling that as soon as he came to know about his disease GERD. Then he put all his strength to recover from it. Then, as part of his treatment, he started eating coconut and drinking water.
In the video, Balakrishnan tells how eating coconut started improving Balakrishnan’s health, he found that coconut contains minerals like calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium. This helped him to regain his strength and now he is fit and fine. And he only eats coconut.

Whole grains such as oatmeal, couscous and brown rice. Root vegetables like sweet potatoes, carrots and beets. Green vegetables such as asparagus, broccoli and green beans.
