Gaurav Jha/Madhubani:- You must have read and heard many stories of the earlier era. In those stories, the extraordinary life of sages and saints was described and it was told how they lived for a long time without eating food. This was also considered to be the result of his hard work and devotion. But in Kalyug, when such things come to the fore, the mind stops and starts wondering whether this is possible even in modern times?
Surviving by drinking only 250 grams of milk
40-year-old Tarakeshwar Mishra, resident of Nagdah village of Madhubani, is one such Hathayogi, who is alive and healthy by drinking only 250 grams of milk for the last 88 days. Tarakeshwar Mishra lives in the village and has been fasting since last 18th February.
stubbornness for the temple
While talking to Local 18, he told that his sadhana is for the temple of Lord Shani Dev. He wants to build a temple of Shani Dev at the same place where he is doing this sadhna. Therefore, help is constantly being sought from the villagers. Some people have cooperated, but that cooperation is only partial, due to which the temple cannot be constructed. Therefore, he has decided to do Hatha Yoga and will continue doing Hatha Yoga until the temple is constructed.
Regarding the secret of staying healthy by drinking milk, he told Local18 that he is a worshiper of Shani Dev and his sadhana is for Shani. They are not doing this yoga for anything wrong. In such a situation, they get self-confidence from God. No matter what the weather is, this is their place. Here he rests in a tented house made of bamboo and also spends the night here.
Appealing for funding
He is requesting help from many people for the construction of the temple. He says that the amount of support received so far is partial. In such a situation, they need more funds for the construction of the temple. However, the idol has arrived and the work is now being taken forward with the help of some villagers.
