Sweets are made from 100 kg of milk at a time
Anil Prasad Gupta told that the demand for delicious sweets is in most of the districts of Bihar. Here people are served hot Gulab Jamun. Apart from this, people also eat hot Rasgulla with great enthusiasm. Due to the quality being better, people come here to eat sweets. Milk is procured from rural areas. From which Chhena is prepared. Apart from chhena, khova, sugar, arrowroot and soda are also used to make Gulab Jamun. After frying Chhena, it is dipped in sugar syrup. Then Gulab Jamun is ready to eat. Sweets maker Uttam Ram has been making sweets for the last 10 years. He told that Chhena is prepared from pure cow’s milk. Rasgulla and Gulab Jamun are made by mixing Khowa in it. He told that 100 kg of milk sweets are made at one go.

Annual turnover is more than 40 lakhs
The owner of the sweet shop, Anil Prasad Gupta told that the shop is doing very well. Serving quality sweets to the customers. He told that he has more than 15 artisans who prepare different types of sweets. Customers are served two pieces of delicious sweets for Rs.25. More than one quintal of sweets are sold daily in this shop. As far as earning is concerned, the annual turnover of this shop is more than 40 lakhs.
