Chandan, the operator of this stall, told that Pakistan’s famous dish Multani Moth Kachori can be eaten at his stall. He told that there is a place in Pakistan, whose name is Multan. The year started from there. This dal is named after that place. He told that this dal is cooked on low flame for 4-5 hours. So that its taste increases. This dal is made in a big pot, in which this dal comes out very well. He told that this dal is very much liked in Delhi, people are crazy to eat it. There is always a crowd of people at his stall to eat this dal.

The method of making Multani Moth Kachori is very special
Chandan told that first of all onion, yellow rice, salt, dry mango powder, red chilli, tamarind chutney is put in a pot. After this two moth kachori are broken and put in it. Multani moth dal is put on top of it and mixed and served. The price of one plate of this is only 30 rupees.
