This is how this special ladoo is made
Parameswarlal Saini, director of Kanha Sweets, says that to make this special desi ghee laddoos, gram flour solution is first prepared in water. Then thick boondi is taken out in pure desi ghee, then it is mixed in sugar syrup. Then it is cooled and granulated mawa and dry fruits are added to it and then the laddoos are tied. The laddoos made in desi ghee with cashews, almonds and pistachios are so special that one feels like eating them on seeing them.
