Method of preparation…
Rice is soaked in water at night and in the morning it is filtered and dried in the shade for a short time. After that it is ground very finely. Now it is prepared in the form of a paste. Sugar and khoya are added to it and white sesame seeds are applied on top and fried in oil, which is very tasty to eat. Talking about its price, it is given to the customers at the rate of ₹ 10 per piece and ₹ 240 per kg.
