Batisa is prepared with hard work
The process of making Batisa is quite laborious. First of all, gram flour batter is prepared. Then sugar syrup is added to it. After this, the solution is kneaded by hand, which continues for several hours. After this hard work, Batisa is ready. Dry fruits are also used extensively in Batise, in which almonds and cashews are prominently included.
