1. Fried Foods

2. Potato Chips

As tasty as potato chips are, they are equally dangerous for the stomach. There is no nutrition in these. Consuming these results in only fat and sodium in the stomach. Due to which there can be risk of obesity, high blood pressure, cancer and cholesterol.

3. Excessive consumption of sugar

Sugar is the biggest enemy of health. Taking it in any form can cause many health risks. Since the nutritional value of sugar is zero and there is a risk of obesity and diabetes due to its consumption, it is better to stay away from it.

4. Processed Oil

The more you avoid processed oil, the better it will be for you. Processed oils like grapeseed, soybean, canola, cottonseed, corn and vegetable oils are harmful for the body. Therefore it is advised to avoid their consumption. Since they are heated at high temperatures while processing, this causes oxidation of the oil.

5. Stay away from white cheese

6. Processed meat

Processed meats like breakfast sausage, bacon and turkey bacon are no less than poison for health. Also stay away from processed meats like hot dogs, deli meats, packaged bologna, beef jerky and pepperoni as much as possible. WHO has placed processed meat in Group 1 carcinogen, which means cancer. The risk of cancer due to their consumption is very high.
