Ingredients for Mix Dal Soup
Washed moong dal – 1/4 cup
Arhar Dal – 1/4 cup
Urad Dal – 1/4 cup
Masoor dal – 1/4 cup (optional)
Carrot chopped – 2 tbsp
Onion finely chopped – 1
Green coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Green chili chopped – 1
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Desi ghee – 1 tsp
salt – as per taste

Mix Dal Soup Recipe
To make a mix dal full of taste and nutrition, first clean all the pulses and wash them thoroughly. After this, soak all the pulses in water for 1 hour. After the fixed time, take out the pulses in a sieve so that their extra water can be removed. Now put 3-4 cups of water (as per requirement) in a vessel and put all the pulses in it and cook the pulses on low flame. After some time add salt according to taste.

When the pulses are cooked well and start to boil, turn off the gas and mash the pulses well. Now cut the carrot and onion into fine pieces. After this, put 1 spoon of desi ghee in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After melting the ghee, add onions and carrots and fry them lightly. After this add the boiled dal in the pan and mix it well.
