Apart from the famous sweet shop of Almora, Khim Singh Mohan Singh, this sweet will be available at other shops also. Its price is Rs 380 per kg. Along with the local people, tourists coming from outside also take Singaudi with them.

District Sweet Seller Association President Manoj Singh Pawar said that along with the Bal Sweets of Almora, the chocolate and Singaudi here are also very famous. Pure khoya is used to make it and apart from sugar, many shopkeepers also add dry fruits to it. Malu leaves are used to fill Singaudi, which further enhances its taste. In winter time this sweet lasts for 3 to 4 days and in summer time its quality remains intact for 1 to 2 days. Its price is ₹ 380 kg.
