Soni says that there is a lot of demand for Tinda sweets here. Because this sweet is made here only for three months, summer, according to the season. In these three months also, it is necessary to get good Tinda vegetable for this sweet. This sweet can be made only when good Tinda is available in the market. As soon as this Tinda starts becoming hard, then the making of this sweet stops.

This sweet is made only fresh
The biggest quality of Tinda ki mithai is that it is the only sweet that is made fresh every day. The taste of this sweet is a little different or it gets spoiled on the second day. Tinda ki mithai is only enjoyable when eaten fresh. Because the taste that comes in its freshness is not there on the second day. The demand for it is so much here that this sweet cannot even be made. Pawan says that the demand for this sweet is there in Jaipur, Agra, Delhi. While Agra itself is the originator of sweets. But people from there also come here to buy this sweet.

Pawan tells that the specialty of Tinda ki Mithai is that it remains cool due to which it provides coolness in summers. And this sweet is also tasty. Since it is made from vegetables, no adulteration or any type of chemical is used in it. This Tinda sweet is made by washing the Tinda thoroughly and cleaning it and filling it with pure mawa and cashews, almonds, pistachios. In Karauli, this Tinda sweet is sold at these two sweet shops at the rate of ₹ 400 per kg.
