The court of Special Judge Prevention of Corruption Act Vinod Kumar accepted the bail application of accused Ashish Bishnoi in the case of embezzling Rs 27.50 lakh from a saree businessman in the name of investment. Accused Ashish, resident of Anupgarh Rajasthan, is a member of the international hacker gang, which is used by Lawrence Bishnoi, Dullu Gang and many other gangs with the help. Sources said that the accused is Lawrence Vishnoi’s cousin.
Under the case, plaintiff Ajay Kumar Srivastava, resident of Mahmoorganj Sigra, had lodged a report in the cyber police station. It is alleged that the conversation took place after BRP Desai came in contact with him for the purpose of education and training. Thereafter the accused took the shares into confidence and on the basis of this the plaintiff paid Rs 27.50 lakh to the accused.
Now fake advocates will be caught in the court
In view of the abundance of fake advocates from Civil Court to Collectorate, a crackdown campaign will be launched by the Central and Banaras Bar from Thursday. Under the chairmanship of senior advocate Rajendra Prasad Pathak, the Central Bar has constituted an 18-member inquiry committee and the Banaras Bar has constituted a 15-member inquiry committee. Meanwhile, the registration and COP of fake advocates will be investigated from the Civil Court to the Collectorate. On Wednesday, Central Bar General Secretary Surendra Nath Pandey and Banaras Bar General Secretary Kamlesh Singh Yadav said that the Bar will file an FIR against any fake advocate who is caught.
