Trupti cried over trolling after giving an intimate scene in ‘Animal’
In an interview on Ranveer Allahbadia’s YouTube channel, Trupti opened up about her early struggles, fame and the emotional impact the “criticism” had on her after ‘Animal’ hit the theatres. The actress confessed that she was not prepared for the harsh comments received on her intimate scenes in the film. She kept crying for two to three days.
Trupti had attracted the attention of many people for her intimate scenes with Ranbir in the film. Before ‘Animal’, Trupti was known for doing films with strong female characters. However, her intimate scenes in Animal divided the social media. On this Trupti said, “I used to cry because I was crazy about what people were writing.”
Sister helped to deal with trolling
Tripti further told that her sister had helped her in dealing with trolling. His sister reminded him that she alone knew how hard he had worked to achieve success. After this praise from my sister, I stopped paying attention to negativity on Trupti. Reflecting on her emotional reaction, Trupti said, “Sometimes, crying is your body’s way of telling you to release your trauma.”
