Water chestnut flour – 1 cup
Rock salt- as per taste
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Green chilli – 1 tablespoon finely chopped
Cucumbers – 2 large, thinly sliced
Oil- Ghee or oil for frying

How to make Cucumber Pakodas

1. To make cucumber pakodas, first add salt, chilli, coriander powder and green chillies to the water chestnut flour.
2. Prepare the pakoda batter by adding water to water chestnut flour.
3. After this, keep oil in a pan for heating.
4. Coat the cucumber pieces in batter and put them in hot oil.
5. Deep fry until golden brown.
6. After cooking, take out the pakodas and keep them aside.
