This is the reason that these days, while there is silence at the tea shops of Lucknow city, a good crowd of people is seen at the Turkish coffee stalls.
Actually, for the first time in the city of Nawabs, Somu has started Turkish Coffee in 1090 Chatori Gali. Till now, this coffee was available in big hotels and restaurants for 300 to 400 rupees, but here you can taste this coffee for only 60 rupees. As unique as this coffee is, the way of making it is also unique. This coffee is also called Arabica coffee.
How is Turkish coffee made?
The method of making Turkish coffee is very unique. Only brass utensils are used in making it. First of all a brass vessel is filled with sand. That sand is heated on gas for about 15 minutes. After this, different flavors of Turkish coffee are added to milk and water in brass utensils and heated. After about 10 minutes of heating, milk is added to flavor the Turkish coffee and it is cooked thoroughly, which takes at least 15 minutes. After this Turkish coffee is ready.

In Turkish coffee you will get hazelnut, butter scotch as well as vanilla and many other flavors. They have about 15 flavors of Turkish coffee, but the youth of Lucknow are in a frenzy. Hazelnut is the flavor of Turkish coffee, in comparison to which even tea fails.
