The company is removing free blue ticks from all accounts from today. Twitter Verified has given this information in a latest tweet. The company said that after April 20, it will be necessary to subscribe to Twitter Blue to keep the blue tick on Twitter. In fact, Twitter had announced last month that the company is removing the free Blue Tick from the platform after April 1. But there was no code or method in the company’s algorithm (Twitter’s internal code) to remove the blue checkmark from so many accounts at once.

But now this will not happen because the company has changed its algorithm and now the free blue tick is being removed from everyone’s account.
