On March 14, Kotwali Hathras Gate police arrested two accused who shot and injured a youth in a transaction dispute on the night of March 9 near Hatisa-Bhagwantpur located on Mathura Road in Kotwali Hathras Gate area. Police have recovered a pistol, cartridges and shells from the possession of the accused.

It is alleged that due to a transaction dispute, on the night of March 9, some people had surrounded him near Mathura Road Hatisa-Bhagwantpur and shot him. He was seriously injured. On the complaint of the injured, the police had registered a case against Gaurav Yadav son of Pramod Yadav resident of New Nagla Kotwali Hathras Gate, Ganga alias Sanjeev son of Hari Singh resident of New Nagla Kotwali Hathras Gate and Prithvi Yadav son of Hirendra Singh alias Heer resident of Bad Nagla Athwariya Kotwali Hathras Gate. . On March 14, Kotwali Hathras Gate police arrested two accused from Iglas Road intersection. The accused have given their names as Gaurav Yadav, son of Pramod Yadav, resident of New Nagla police station, Hathras Gate and Ganga alias Sanjeev, son of Hari Singh, resident of New Nagla police station, Hathras Gate.
According to the police, during interrogation, accused Gaurav told that he had rented JCB machine from Siddharth at the rate of Rs 95 thousand per month. Sanjeev alias Ganga, son of Hari Singh and Prithvi Yadav, son of Hirendra Singh alias Heer, resident of the same village, Bad Nagla Athwaria police station, Hathras Gate, Hathras, also used to work together on JCB machine, in which he gives 15 thousand rupees per month to Sanjeev alias Ganga. Prithvi Yadav is the partner of half. On the evening of March 9, Siddharth was called near Hatisa bridge to pay two months’ rent.
Siddharth came in his car in the evening. Prithvi Yadav and Sanjeev alias Ganga were already present on it. When he sat in his car and started calculating the fare money, a lot of argument started between Siddharth and him. On the instigation of Prithvi and Sanjeev alias Ganga, he shot Siddharth. Inspector in-charge Hathras Gate Satendra Singh Raghav was included in the arresting police team.
