Two boys were stabbed to death in Wazirpur Industrial Area of ​​Ashok Vihar on Friday night. The deceased have been identified as 17-year-old Vipul Kumar and 19-year-old Vishal. Police reached the spot and took both of them to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared them dead.

Initial investigation has revealed that the murder was due to enmity. The family of the deceased alleges that the accused are involved in drug business in the area and they were killed for opposing them. Police have registered a case of murder. Police have taken four to five suspects into custody and are interrogating them.

Police received information about the murder of two boys by stabbing them in Chandrashekhar Azad slum in Wazirpur Industrial Area at 11 pm on Friday night. Police reached the spot as soon as they received the information. Minors Vipul and Vishal were lying in a bloody condition in front of a house. Both had half a dozen knife wounds on their bodies. Police took both of them to Babu Jagjivan Ram Hospital, where both were declared dead. During investigation, police found out that Vishal and Vipul lived with their families in the neighbourhood of this slum.

Vishal used to work in a factory. Whereas Vipul did not do any work. District Deputy Commissioner of Police Jitendra Meena said that initial investigation has revealed that ten days ago, Anuj and his brother Suraj, who live in the area, had an altercation with one of Vishal’s friends near the swimming pool in Shalimar Bagh. People present there pacified the matter by intervening in the fight. Vishal’s brother Bittu said that someone called Vishal at night.
