The team of Income Tax Department officials started scrutinizing the financial transactions and bank accounts of Sunbeam Group and Dalims Group since morning. According to Income Tax officials, about 50 bank accounts have been seized. This includes accounts of Axis, Punjab National Bank, Bank of Baroda and ICICI Bank. This action started in the morning, which continued till late night.

The team alleges that a case of non-payment of income tax on time has come to light. Some flaws have also been found in tax collection. An Income Tax Department official said that both the groups have not given correct details of income. No transaction of any kind will be possible from the siege bank account until the fine is paid.

My personal three cases are in appeal. Bank accounts of schools, gyms etc. were forcibly seized without notice or information. Whereas this is my personal case. There is no mention of the education group or gym in this, yet an attempt was made to tarnish the image by doing such an act. I will take legal action against those involved in this. Pradeep Madhok Baba, Chairman, Dalims Group

No survey or action of any kind has been taken. This is fake news, legal action will be taken against those who commit such acts. There are some people who are spreading such rumours. Deepak Madhok, Chairman, Sunbeam Group
