Actually, two people from Ballia were doing land business even after their death. Let us tell you that Azimuddin, a resident of Rasra area, died in 1961. Whereas Shoaib passed away in 2019. Even after that, land business was going on in the name of both of them. The whole matter has surprised even the police. When the truth came out, the police registered an FIR against nine people and started investigation.
Based on the complaint of complainant Faheem Qureshi, resident of Purba Mohalla New Masjid Rasra Ballia and the court’s order, the police have registered a case against nine people. It is alleged that the land registration was done by forging the signature of the deceased. These people had filed a case against the deceased. In which Shoaib died in 2019 and Azimuddin died in 1961. Even after death, these accused made the deceased a party and a case under Section 229B was filed in the SDM Rasra Court.

By forming a group with the intention of looting and usurping the land of the deceased, some people brought the dead back to life, not only this, these people had appointed the lawyers of the deceased and filed a settlement on 05/10/2021. This leela does not end here but land was also bought and sold. After which, on the orders of the court, Rasra police station has registered an FIR and started investigation.
Case against these nine people…
Rasra police have booked accused Reyaz Ahmed, Faiyaz Ahmed, Mustaq, Mumtaz, Musharaf Jahangir, Saira Bano, Suman Jaiswal and two unidentified under sections 419, 20, 67, 68, 71 and 506 in the case of attempting to wrongfully grab the land of the deceased. But a case has been registered.
