Two storey bamboo restaurant built on local for vocal concept becomes center of attraction in Ara – News18 Hindi

Gaurav Singh/Bhojpur: For the first time, a double floor restaurant has been made from bamboo and thatch in Arrah, Bihar. This restaurant has been completely designed on Vocal for Local concept. Now this theme is becoming very popular here. The city has a village-like filling. Eating in a calm environment with cool breeze has its own pleasure. It has been made by a special artisan of Uttar Pradesh. This restaurant has been opened by the name of Ara Rasoi on Ara-Buxar Four Lane. Ara has also become a center of tourism for the people of the city and its surrounding areas. Here you will find Punjabi, Chinese and Bihari dishes made by special artisans.

Aara Rasoi Restaurant prepared at modest expense
Ara Rasoi restaurant is a model of beauty. Here people enjoy food sitting on the double floor. People are waiting for hours for their turn in this restaurant made of bamboo and straw. Many cabins have been made from bamboo in this restaurant. A cabin with two floors has been built as an experiment. People are traveling several kilometers to reach here to eat on the second floor.

Two-storey bamboo cabin restaurant
Restaurant operators Putul Singh and Sumansh told that compared to other restaurants, we wanted to give something new to the people here. Because of this idea, we thought of making a two-storey cabin from bamboo. One of the reasons behind making it from bamboo was that the people nearby should get benefit from it. Hundreds of bamboos, straws and wood were used in preparing the restaurant.

We bought all these things from the people of our village, due to which they also benefited. The second objective was to avoid harm to the environment, we were successful in that also. Now the result is that a restaurant with two storey bamboo cabin is not available in any nearby district, due to which many people are coming to our place.

Better food quality is provided
Along with environmental message, local for vocal concept, better food quality is also being provided in Ara Rasoi restaurant. Special artisans have been called from Assam for Chinese food. For Punjabi food, there is an artisan from Punjab, while for desi food, there is an artisan from Ara. Because of the quality of food, more people are showing interest. Here, along with the beautiful view, better food is also being served to the customers.
