NTA To Release UGC NET June Exam 2024 Date Soon: The National Testing Agency will soon release the date of UGC NET June re-exam 2024. why was the paper cancelled
UGC NET exam has been cancelled due to paper leak. The exam paper was leaked on the darknet after which the exam was cancelled. The CBI will now investigate this matter. The Education Minister held a press conference and answered many questions in this regard.
He said that IC4 (Cyber Crime Coordination Center) gave us its input that perhaps the sanctity of the exam has been compromised. After this, the matter was looked into and when it was found that some irregularity had happened, the exam was cancelled.
Admit card will also be issued
Admit cards will also be released along with the release of the new date of UGC NET June exam. After these are released, candidates will be able to download them from the website by entering their details. Some candidates have lodged a complaint regarding this as well.
He says that it is clearly written on the answer sheet that both the OMR sheet and the admit card are to be submitted by the candidates after the exam but this did not happen at many places. The invigilators ignored this even after seeing it and at many places the admit cards were not submitted by the candidates.

This year more than 11 lakh students had registered for the UGC NET exam and about 9 lakh appeared for the exam. In this scorching heat, candidates reached to take the exam braving the heatwave and it had to be cancelled due to paper leak. Due to this, a large number of candidates are facing problems. Now the exam will be conducted again for all of them.
