Uniform Civil Code: BJP MP Nishikant Dubey, in response to a question regarding Uniform Civil Code during the program ‘Netaji on Breakfast’, said that UCC is already implemented in Goa, is there no harmony there? Minorities live there too. UCC has been implemented in Uttarakhand, in a few days it will be implemented in MP and then Rajasthan. Gradually this will be implemented in the entire country.
Actually, Nishikant Dubey was asked that whenever it comes to UCC, Muslims say that BJP brings such laws targeting us and the opposition leaders allege that you try to spoil the harmony? On this, Nishikant Dubey gave the example of Goa and said, is there no harmony in Goa? Minorities live in Goa too, there are people who follow Christianity…are Muslims considered the only minority?

Along with this, Nishikant Dubey further said that now UCC has been implemented in Uttarakhand, in a few days MP and Rajasthan will implement it and gradually it will be implemented in the entire country. When Nishikant Dubey was asked what have you learned from Prime Minister Modi, he said that PM Modi called me and asked me how many cases are registered against me? So I laughed at this and said that there are 42, but what difference does it make? On this the PM said that it does matter, you have to go out and say that the case does matter to you.
BJP MP Nishikant Dubey further said that I am the leader of that party whose Prime Minister believes in neither eating nor allowing corruption. I will definitely end these cases and I will not rest easy until I put those who have filed these cases against me to suppress my voice, behind the bars.
