Union Budget 2024: Narendra Modi (Narendra Modi) has taken oath as the Prime Minister of the country for the third time. The first budget (Budget 2024) in his third term will be presented on 23 July 2024. How good will this budget be for the country and in which areas will this budget be more beneficial. India’s Kundali is made on 15th August 1947 at 12:00 midnight, at Delhi (New Delhi) which is Taurus Ascendant and Cancer Zodiac. At present, the Mahadasha of Moon is going on in the Kundli of India and the Antardasha of Venus will remain till March 2025. Along with this, Sun and Saturn are also seated in the third house in this Kundli. Whenever there is a conjunction of Lagnesh and Dhanesh, then in that Dasha, the country gets the sum of wealth.
The presence of Lagnesh Venus in the third house along with Dhanesh Mercury indicates that the budget will be normal this year. Not much profit is evident in the budget because Lagnesh Venus is set which can be called a weak point to some extent. It is difficult to get big profits in the condition of set planets. Therefore, if we look at the condition of the budget, it will be slightly better than a normal level.
Transitory effects
The transit of planets on India’s Ascendant Kundali on 23 July 2024 will also play an important role in clarifying the budget estimates. At the time of the budget, Mars and Jupiter will be in Taurus Ascendant, Venus and Sun in the third house, Mercury in the fourth house, Ketu in the fifth house, Moon in the ninth house, Saturn in the tenth house and Rahu in the eleventh house.
According to the transit conditions, this combination will look great at first glance, but it is not strengthening the wealth house of India, the reasons for which are as follows-
- In the Lagna, Jupiter, the lord of the eleventh house is with Mars, the lord of the seventh and twelfth house, which indicates that the budget will be used a lot in foreign related policies and import and export and technology related benefits will be received from abroad.
- Along with this, Mercury, the lord of the Dhan Bhaav, which is the main Bhaav of accumulation of wealth, is in the sign of friend Sun in the fourth Bhaav. The seventh aspect of the retrograde Saturn sitting in the tenth Bhaav is affecting Mercury. This point can be said to be a little weak because Mercury is in the fourth Kendra Bhaav but the aspect of Saturn is slowing down the auspicious effect of Mercury. This means that when the budget will be presented, it will not appear to be of a very big scale, but gradually as the use of the budget becomes clear, this budget will generally start appearing to be going at a good level.
- A little negative point in this budget is that the fourth aspect of Mars, the lord of the expense house, is on Mercury, the lord of the money house. Whenever the lord of the expense house looks at the lord of the money house, at that time, despite having money with oneself, it starts getting spent in outside places or remains with oneself as a deposit of someone else.
- Therefore, the effect of the budget is visible that by the time the next budget comes, this budget will be complete and there will be very little chance of extra money being saved in it.
Budget conclusion based on the combined effect of horoscope condition and transit-
The conditions in the horoscope of India have mixed effects and the transit situation also does not seem to be very beneficial. If we look at the savings of money from this budget to the future budget, it does not seem that much money has been saved. But at present, there may be some shortage or difficulty in investing openly even in those sectors of the country in which money should be invested.
