While talking to Local 18, Usman Ali, owner of Shahi Moradabadi Biryani shop, says that this biryani is made in a different way. In which spices are not added. Only a little ground masala is added to it which does not cause any harm.
Know the recipe of biryani
To make this biryani, first of all the rice is soaked in water. After that the recipe for seasoning starts. Where first the refined oil is poured into the vessel and it is heated. After it becomes hot, garlic and green chillies are crushed and put in hot refin and fried well. After that, add tomato, cumin, ginger and mild spices and cook it well for about 10 minutes. Where after it is cooked well, then the chicken is put in this vessel, water is added and it is cooked for some time.
This biryani is made without spices
Where after it is cooked, rice is added to it and it is covered. Where it is taken out after cooking for about 30 minutes. After this, it is left covered for some time, due to which this biryani is prepared in a different way without spices. Although this biryani looks simple, but in taste it breaks the record of good biryani. This is the reason why people come from other districts also to eat this biryani.
600 plates are sold
Usman Ali says that he sells 500 to 600 plates of biryani every day. Biryani is prepared at their place about 5 to 10 times a day. Because biryani is always served hot at their place. This is the reason why everyone likes to eat this biryani.
