The women present at the Katha sat with their faces turned away in shame but the inspector did not leave the place even after the organizers’ objection. When its video went viral on social media, the SP, after investigation, took away the charge of the outpost from him and attached him to the police station. After the election notification came into effect, the report has been sent to the Election Commission. Further action will be taken after this.

There is an ancient temple of Chandrika Mata in Koluhagada village of Achalganj police station area. A police post has also been built in the same temple premises. Being an ancient temple, there is a crowd of devotees. Currently, Bhagwat Katha is going on in the temple. Bhagwat Katha was going on on Sunday morning. A large number of women were also present in it. Vyas ji was narrating the story. Just then, outpost in-charge Ramniwas Yadav sat on a chair in the veranda outside his room wearing only underwear. He started using his mobile. One person objected and asked him to wear a lungi or towel but he ignored it. Anger grew among the people but they were helpless in front of the inspector.

Women also sat with their eyes down and their faces turned away. Someone made a video of this act of the outpost in-charge and made it viral on social media. However, Amar Ujala does not confirm the viral video. SP Siddharth Shankar Meena took cognizance of the viral video and directed Achalganj SO to remove the outpost in-charge from there. SP directed Bighapur CO Maya Rai to investigate. On the report of the CO, Koluhagada police outpost in-charge Ramnivas Yadav has been attached to Achalganj police station and inspector Vinay Mishra has been given the responsibility of Koluhagada police outpost. Since the election code of conduct has come into force, the report of the case has been sent to the Election Commission. Further action will be taken after taking permission from the commission. Achalganj SO Sanjeev Kushwaha said that after removing outpost in-charge Ramnivas Yadav, another inspector Vinay Mishra has been given the charge of the outpost. Outpost in-charge Ramnivas Yadav said that he went to take a bath at around nine in the morning. He had washed his vest and towel, when the power went off. Due to lack of water, he was forced to sit on a chair in this condition.
