After getting back the responsibility of National Coordinator and Mayawati’s successor in Bahujan Samaj Party, Akash Anand’s challenges have increased. After taking back these responsibilities from Akash during the Lok Sabha elections, the pressure on the BSP supremo for his return was increasing. Now with the return of Akash, he has been given the responsibility of expanding the organization across the country, which will be the biggest challenge for him.
According to sources, zonal coordinators of other states except UP will now report to Akash Anand. He has also been instructed to increase the support base of the party through cadre camps in the states. Also, the old missionary leaders of the party have to be brought back. Actually, the leaders who left BSP in the last decade have not been able to return. These include many leaders and Dalit thinkers like former national general secretary Jaiprakash who took the mission of BSP forward. Let us tell you that BSP supporters were constantly demanding the return of Jaiprakash along with Akash. On the other hand, many other old leaders of BSP have also left the party, the responsibility of bringing them back together has also been given to Akash by Mayawati. At the same time, the officials of Bareilly, Jhansi, Saharanpur etc. districts who were expelled from the party during the Lok Sabha elections, can also return soon on the lines of Akash.

After Mayawati gave him all the responsibilities again, Akash Anand has expressed his gratitude to her. In his statement released on X, Akash said that he has received the blessings of Mayawati, the source of inspiration of the Bahujan Samaj, who has sacrificed everything for the upliftment of the Bahujan Samaj, is dedicated to Baba Saheb’s mission, and has made the dreams of millions of Dalit children come true. She has given him an important responsibility, and he has to fulfill it with all his heart and soul.

On the other hand, after the major changes in BSP, Azad Samaj Party President and Nagina MP Chandrashekhar Azad while talking to a news channel said that it has become a compulsion for BSP to contest by-elections in UP. BSP does not contest by-elections. This time they will have to field their candidates on all the seats.
