Some people vandalized Asharam Bapu Ashram located in Etah Kotwali Dehat police station area. Interrupted the ongoing satsang. Everyone ran away when the police arrived. Narayan Pandey, a resident of Asharam Ashram Bapu Ashram, Lucknow, said that he is the assistant manager of the Ashram Lucknow headquarters. Apart from Lucknow, he has got the responsibility of looking after the ashrams located in Agra and surrounding districts. On 24th April, in the afternoon, a satsang and bhajan-kirtan program of Bapu’s disciple Vasudevanand was going on in Asharam Bapu Ashram in Nagla Kanchan near FCI warehouse in Etah. During this time 10-15 people arrived. Disrupted the satsang program while asking questions and answers about Asharam Bapu. When the devotees protested, they started abusing and assaulting. The mic etc. was broken and some items were also stolen.

It is said that after seeing the commotion, the police was informed. All these people ran away as soon as the police arrived. Narayan Pandey told that this entire conspiracy is of Swami Amritanand alias Baba Anand Gopal alias Anand Das resident of Raman Reti Ashram, Govardhan Mathura, Rahul Joshi resident of Shantinagar district Nagpur Maharashtra and Madhukar Prabhakar resident of South Delhi. Those who express sympathy with Asharam Bapu and want to capture his ashrams. For this purpose, these people have launched a campaign on social media. FIs have been lodged against them in many districts. A day earlier, a similar act was carried out during a satsang program in Agra.

CO City Vikrant Dwivedi said that there was information about some commotion at the ashram. According to the complaint received, a report has been registered. An in-depth investigation into the matter has been started. Also, instructions have been given to Kotwali Dehat to take special care to ensure that such a thing does not happen again.
