UP Lok Sabha Election Voting Live: Voting affected for some time
BJP workers created a ruckus during voting at the booth of Girls Junior High School, Mandi Dhanaura, Amroha. BJP workers alleged that Inspector PN Mishra, who came on duty from Banaras, was unnecessarily harassing the voters. Angered by this, the workers created a ruckus by raising slogans. He stopped voting at a booth for some time. SDM reached the spot with heavy police force and started the voting.

Amroha: More voting in rural areas

SP’s allegation – Police threatening workers
Samajwadi Party has complained to the Election Commission that the police is threatening its workers at booth number 15 in Naugawan Sadat. The party has posted about this on X. UP Lok Sabha Election Phase 2 Voting: Farmers busy working in the fields after voting
Voting for the Lok Sabha elections is going on from 7:00 am in Hasanpur, Amroha. Proving the slogan of first voting then all work, farmers are the first to reach the booth and vote. Voting was affected for one hour due to confusion
Voting was affected for about an hour due to EVM malfunction in village Chakpheri of Hasanpur assembly. Due to which anger spread among the villagers. People reached the primary school at seven in the morning to vote. The machine could not start at booth number 246. Because of this the villagers became angry. Voting was affected for an hour. After this, voting started after the new machines were installed.

Voting was affected for one hour due to flag waiver
Villagers boycotted the elections in Jhundi Mafi village of Hasanpur assembly of Amroha Lok Sabha over road construction. He flatly refused to go to the rural polling station to cast his vote. On receiving information about this, SDM Bhagat Singh reached the spot. He pacified the villagers by explaining them. Voting was affected here for about an hour.
