Golu Singh, who came from UP Jhansi in Gumla, took 5 to 6 kilometers of fuchka stalls in Gumla city every day along Lohardaga Road, Palkot Road, Sisai Road, Jashpur Road, Badhaik Mohalla, Jyoti Sangh, Murli Garden, DSP Road, Bus Stand Road of the district headquarters. etc. go to places. The Phuchka available in their stall is so tasty and flavourful that after eating it once, people become crazy about the taste.
Golu Singh, the director of Phuchka stall, told that spices are specially prepared for Phuchka. In which chickpeas, onions, green chillies, mint, golki, coriander leaves, tamarind, black salt etc. are added. And special chutney is prepared by adding jaggery, sugar, tomato, tamarind etc. which is used to make special phuchka.

Talking about the price, water or special phuchka is served for Rs.10, 5 pieces each, with which a papdi is also served. The stalls roam daily from 2 pm to 8.00 pm. Golu is a resident of Jhansi, UP. He is doing this business in Gumla for about 6 years. Also take orders for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays etc.
At the same time, the customer Shravan Singh Rajput, who came to eat phuchka at the stall, told that the phuchka here is very tasty. Along with this, special care is also taken for cleanliness.
