Yakub’s land has been found in 10 villages. Other property including hospital and school will also be confiscated. After getting the property assessed by the PWD engineer, the police had sought permission from the DM for confiscation.
CO Kithore has received the confiscation order from DM. Police said that Yakub had earned property worth crores by running the meat factory illegally. After a lot of investigation, the police had sent the file to the DM.
According to the CO, Yakub’s land has been found in 10 villages including Zahidpur, Piplikheda, Shakarpur, Daryaganj, Aad, Alipur. Some construction has also taken place here. Information about the property of Yakub and his two sons Imran, Firoz and wife Sanjeeda Begum has also been collected.
In this, buildings have been found at six places including Yakub, wife Sanjeeda Begum’s Sarai Bahlim Kotwali, two Kothi, one Kothi in Zahidpur. Apart from this, nine expensive vehicles including Mercedes, Jaguar, Ranger Rover, sports bike have been found in the name of Yakub and his son Imran, Firoz. Apart from this, he has 23 vehicles in the name of Alfahim Meetex Company. This includes the Innova, five Scorpio, Pajero, Bolero among others.
No action will be taken on the factory
SSP Rohit Singh Sajwan says that its process will be started from Tuesday. MDA seal on Yakub’s meat factory. There are many partners in the factory, it cannot be confiscated now. 10 police teams have been formed. There is property at different places, which will take time to confiscate. On the action of meat factory and gangster, the advocate of Yakub side has strongly advocated in the court. Both sons of Yakub have got bail, but efforts were made by the police to collect strong evidence related to the case registered on 31 March 2022.
