1 cup sour curd

salt as per taste

1 tsp chilli powder

¾ cup water

2 tbsp mustard oil

1 tsp cumin

½ tsp asafoetida

finely chopped fresh coriander

½ cup boondi

After collecting the Sannata Raita ingredients at one place, you can start making it. This will neither require many utensils nor take much time. But its taste is very strong. Know Sannata Raita Recipe

1- Beat curd in a bowl until it becomes creamy.

2- Add some red chilli powder and salt in it. Then beat well.

3- Now add 1 cup water to it and beat it again.

4- Heat mustard oil in a small pan. Add cumin and asafoetida in it. Add this tempering to curd. If you want, you can also use a lamp for this. After tempering the curd, put the lamp in it and cover the vessel. Then leave it like this for 20 minutes.

5- Now take out the lamp. Add boondi and coriander leaves to the raita and mix well.

6- Add finely chopped coriander over Sannata Raita. This will give a fresh touch to the raita.

You can eat Sannata Raita after lunch or dinner. If you want, you can also have Sannata Raita with vegetables, roti, biryani, pulao, stuffed paratha.
