UPSC CSE 2023 Topper Nausheen: Nausheen of Gorakhpur has brought honor to CM City Gorakhpur along with her parents by securing 9th position in All India Rank in Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Success in fourth attempt
The happiness of Abdul Qayyum and mother Zeba Khatoon, living near Fatehpur Eidgah on Medical College Road, Gorakhpur, is worth seeing. Nausheen says that she could achieve this success not in one or two, but in the fourth attempt. He passed Mains in the first two attempts and did not get the interview call. In the third attempt he could not even pass the Prelims. He achieved this success in the fourth attempt. He started preparation from the year 2019. At that time he had completed his graduation. At that time he had not fulfilled the age qualification to take the examination. He gave his first attempt in the year 2020.
Where did you study from?
His primary education was from Rampus (Ratna Memorial Public School), Gorakhpur. After that he did graduation from Khalsa College, Delhi. When she did not pass Prelims in the third attempt, she went into depression. After this his friends helped him. After this she was successful in the fourth attempt. She was thinking that her name should come out. He did not expect 9th rank. She did not think that she would be in the top-10 rank. He was surprised when this happened.
What message did you give to the candidates?
Giving a message to the youth, Nausheen said that they should have faith in themselves and make their own strategy. You will definitely get success. She has been studying for 7 to 8 hours. After this, after passing Mains, I studied for 17 to 18 hours. He told that it is important to study all the subjects. He has given the exam in English medium but he has seen many such toppers who top even after giving the exam in Hindi medium.
the medium is not the obstacle
Medium is not a hindrance. She gives the message to the youth to work with complete honesty. Set goals with honesty towards yourself. She will preserve the values she has received from her family during preparation for Civil Services. Will work with complete honesty, devotion and dedication. She will try to reach whatever schemes there are for women, minorities and SC-ST.
There is no limit to the happiness of parents
Nausheen’s mother Zeba Khatoon says that she has no words. Nausheen has worked very hard. He has given his 100 percent from the beginning. She has been hopeful that her daughter will definitely achieve something. She says that the dream she had seen has been fulfilled today. He hoped that his daughter would definitely become an IAS one day. Because it seemed so because of the yearning inside it. She knew that she would definitely increase the name and respect of the country and state by becoming an IAS.
Nausheen’s father Abdul Qayyum says that his daughter had done intermediate in science subject. After this he did BA, so he did not know what IAS-PCS was but later he set a goal and achieved success. They have also made preparations in Allahabad. Apart from being meritorious, his daughter has also been laborious. She is confident that she will achieve this goal. He appeals to the parents who impose the burden of studies on their children, that they should not judge their child and considering his ability and choice, give him direction to make a career in that field.

Nausheen’s father Abdul Qayyum, who secured 9th position in All India in UPSC, has three children. Abdul Qayyum is working in All India Radio. The elder son is working in Union Bank. The second one is my daughter, who works in LIC. On the third place is Nausheen, who has increased the honor and respect of her family and the state by securing 9th position in UPSC. Nausheen’s father is originally from Patherwa of Kushinagar. He has been living in Gorakhpur district for many years.

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) released the result of Civil Services Examination-2023 on Tuesday. 1016 candidates have been selected for Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and Indian Foreign Service (IFS).
