Aditya comes from a financially weak family. After engineering and MBA, he gave UPSC exam. But despite two unsuccessful attempts, he was successful in the UPSC exam.
IAS Aditya Pandey is the youngest among three sisters and one brother. After completing his primary studies in Patna, he went to Jamnagar. Aditya performed well in class 8th and 9th, but his result got spoiled in class 10th due to his love for a girl. Therefore his father sent him back to Patna.

After passing 12th, Aditya had to take admission in engineering due to his father’s insistence. Although he wanted to study with English Honors. His score in engineering was good. But he became very sad due to breakup with his childhood girlfriend. He told the girl that one day he would become an IAS. He had heard a little about UPSC from his seniors, but he did not have complete information about this examination.

Once Aditya’s teacher had told his father that if the boy studied, he would shave his moustache. in 2021 and 2022 UPSC Aditya became dejected after failing in the exam. His preparation was quite challenging and it took him more time to pass the exam. His continuous failures made him worried and he started lacking self-confidence.
The negative talks of the people around him also influenced him. Aditya ignored what people said and started preparing diligently without any backup plan. This time he got success and achieved All India Rank 48 in the examination. Aditya had taken the help of coaching only for UPSC optional subject. Rest he cracked the exam by focusing on self-study.
