Ishita Rathi has received her education from New Delhi. He did his schooling from DAV Public School. Whereas for graduation she took admission in Lady Shri Ram College. What advice did you give?
IAS Ishita Rathi topped the UPSC exam by securing eighth rank. She says that to reach any destination it is necessary to set goals. You cannot move forward without a goal.
