Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given instructions to the officials that those who illegally encroach on someone’s land and those who uproot the weak should not be spared under any circumstances. Strict legal action should be taken against them. The government is determined not to allow injustice to anyone and to bring happiness in the life of every person. Solving public problems is the priority of the government and any kind of negligence or laxity in this will not be tolerated.
CM Yogi gave these instructions during public darshan at Gorakhnath temple on Sunday morning. The Chief Minister himself went to the people seated on chairs in the auditorium of Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan in the temple complex and listened to their problems one by one. The Chief Minister met about 200 people during this period. Assured everyone that there is no need to worry, everyone’s problem will be solved at any cost. Many women had come to Janata Darshan with applications regarding land related disputes. Some people’s problem was related to domestic land dispute while some complained that the bullies were trying to take over their lands. Some appealed for effective action in the case of assault. CM directed to take strict action on complaints of land grabbing. He said that strict action should be taken by identifying those with professional inclination to grab land as land mafia. Take such action against those who encroach on the land of any poor person that it becomes an example. He said that land disputes should be resolved promptly in such a way that the victim appears satisfied. He also directed to register FIR and take immediate action in other police related cases.
The Chief Minister assured the people who came to Janata Darshan seeking financial help for the treatment of serious diseases that no one’s treatment will be stopped due to lack of money. He directed the administration to complete the process of estimate related to the treatment of the concerned patient and make it available to the government as soon as possible. As soon as the estimate is received, funds for treatment will be freed. During the public darshan, the Chief Minister gave chocolates to the children of some women who came with them, giving them love, affection and blessings. Inspired him to study a lot. During this, he also joked with a child about his studies.
